The Capital Dance Orchestra goes back – very successfully! – to the tradition of the popular dance bands of the wild 20’s, 30’s and 40’s. Berlin and the rest of the world swing, dance and enjoy it all – with great style, elegance, glamour and fun!
First known under its original name of André Frank
and His Orchestra, the Big Band with its thirteen musicians has enjoyed
phenomenal success both in Germany and internationally for the past seven
years. Since 2002, these fantastic musicians have been playing and performing
under the present name – the Capital Dance Orchestra.
Its stylistic perfection and musical wit delight audiences and fans all
over the world. Numerous gigs have taken the Big Band throughout Germany
and Europe as well as to China, South Africa and Brazil.
